Exploring Positive Well-being and Mental Health through Music

This workshop will take place in-person at Strathclyde University Glasgow Campus on Friday 31st January 25, 10am-2pm.

Join Paul Wickham, musician, experienced Principal Teacher of Music and currently Teaching Fellow at University of Strathclyde, for a practical session that considers how music can aid well-being and explore creative ways to build this into your lives and practice. No previous music experience is necessary.

Participants will gain activities and resources to support their own wellbeing, as well as ideas to try out in the classroom/education setting.
