For the majority of us, our days are now different as we work from and live in our homes. To help meet this challenge, we have collated some materials, resources and useful contacts aimed to support you during this time, by promoting good health and wellbeing more widely.
The EIS Teacher Health and Wellbeing Resource, launched at the start of 2020, also provides a wealth of resources around self-care, supporting the mental health of others, and where to find help when in crisis.
