The Scottish Book Trust researched reading habits during lockdown, and suggest some reading practices to support positive wellbeing:
Audiobooks to accompany your daily walk as a way of stepping away from the screen.
When working from home, book-end the day by taking time to read a non-work related book at the end of the working day.
