The Scottish Retired Teachers' Association is open to all retired teachers in Scotland.
Established in the 1950s, the aims of the Association are:-
- To promote and protect the interests of all retired teachers, especially with regard to pensions
- To co-operate with other Public service pensioners groups in dealing directly with government
- To add strength by increasing our number - this means you
- To provide social contact with former colleagues and friends through branch activities
